Een van deze verbeteringen is dat de hardloop training schema&#8217;s die in de app zijn verwerkt een update hebben ontvangen om een nog betere begeleiding te bieden. Bij de 5 tot 10KM wordt hierdoor de nieuwe term genaamd &#8216;Jog&#8217; ge\u00efntroduceerd.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Maar wat is nu joggen?<\/h3>\n<p>Joggen is een stap tussen wandelen en rennen. Door op jog tempo te bewegen bouw je geleidelijk een betere conditie op en kun je langer hetzelfde tempo langer volhouden. Je zult minder snel gaan, maar kunt dit langer volhouden wat in het vervolg omgezet gaat worden naar langer rennen.<\/p>\n<h3>Hoe snel is joggen?<\/h3>\n<p>Joggen wordt meestal tussen de 7 a 9 KM per uur gemeten. Dit verschilt uiteraard n.a.v. je lengte en of je man\/vrouw bent. Heb je langere benen dan zul je aan de 9KM per uur moeten gaan.
