Je spieren zijn (licht) beschadigd en hebben zuurstof nodig om te herstellen. Hoe meer bloed bij de spier komt des te sneller het hersteld. Het effect kan twee dagen duren en gaat vanzelf weg, maar je kunt het herstel versnellen door alsnog aangepast te trainen. Kun je dus niet wachten en wil je graag naar buiten, dan kun je een hersteltraining doen. Met een hersteltraining nemen je spieren sneller zuurstof op en worden afvalstoffen sneller afgevoerd waardoor het stroeve gevoel eerder weg gaat. Een herstel training heeft geen echt trainingseffect, maar versneld enkel het herstelproces. De training kan kan vari\u00ebren van 20 minuten tot maximaal een uur waar je een rustig tempo loopt.<\/p>\n<p>Voorbeeld van een herstel loop in Run Trainer:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-group col-md-5\">\n<li class=\"list-group-item circle-jog\"><i class=\"far fa-circle\"><\/i> Jog 25 minutes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i>Tips voor herstel trainingen:<\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hoe harder je gaat tijdens een herstel training, des te slechter je herstelproces zal zijn. Je kunt dus nooit te langzaam gaan!<\/li>\n<li>Als je naar muziek luistert tijden je training, kies dan voor rustgevende muziek zodat je niet geneigd bent om op een harder tempo te gaan hardlopen.<\/li>\n<li>Kijk goed om je heen.
