Prepare yourself with a 10K training plan to run longer and faster and complete long distance runs without a break!<\/p>\n<p>If your a <a href=\"#\">beginner<\/a> or <a href=\"#\">experienced runner<\/a>, with the build-in 10K training plan and audio guidance in Run Trainer you will be able to build up towards a 10K run in 10 weeks time.<\/p>\n<p>What can you expect from the 10K training plan?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-md-7 box box-bottom\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-md-12\">\n<h4> What is jogging? <\/h4>\n<p>During this training plan we will familiarise you with a new term called \u2018jogging\u2019. Jogging means you are training between walking and running speed. When you jog your speed will be lower then running, but eventually you will move longer and further!
