You already reached the <a href=\"http:\/\/runtrainer.com\/training-plans\/10k-training-plan-in-10-weeks\/\">10K<\/a> during your training sessions and want to set a new challenge: Running 15K. Running 15K can be seen as a milestone and would make you already a semi experienced runner. With the 15K training plan you are working towards the <a href=\"\">halfmarathon (21K)<\/a> and focus on your stamina.<\/p>\n<p>What can you expect from the 15K training plan?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-md-7 box box-bottom\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-md-12\">\n<h4>Just as a reminder: What is jogging ? <\/h4>\n<p>During the <a href=\"http:\/\/runtrainer.com\/training-plans\/10k-training-plan-in-10-weeks\/\">10K training plan<\/a> we introduced you with the term called \u2018jogging\u2019. Jogging means you are training between walking and running speed. When you jog your speed will be lower then running, but eventually you will move longer and further!
