Start running

No matter if you are a beginning of experienced runner. Run Trainer delivers audio feedback during your workout while you build up stamina. Keep track of your progress and close those progress rings sessions after session.

We have multiple distances and a custom schedule option. From couch to 5K, 5K to 10K, 10K to 15K and the 15K to half a marathon.

Run Trainer is created by and for runners. Every runner starts at that point where you can’t run for a longer period without being out of breath. This means you will need to build up stamina to run a 5K distance, and then 10K, 15K, and so on. The best way to get you running is with a little help from your digital coach that is ready when you are, no matter the time or day. After the first weeks of getting used to the sport you will want to run more and more. To help you out, we created Run Trainer.

Run Trainer is the a running coach app available for iOS that helps you get started and keeps you motivated to keep running. In 10 weeks you will be able to run for at least 5K and might even assist you towards a half marathon (experienced running).

To start running, you only need to download the mobile app and create a profile to keep track of your progress.
