Speed Map shows exactly how your running speed changes throughout your route. Instead of looking at a single average pace, you see where you push harder and where you lose momentum.

This turns every run into actionable insight.

How it works

During your run, Run Trainer continuously tracks your running speed and creates detailed data points along your route.

After your session, your average pace is calculated and used as a baseline. Based on this, your route is visualized using three clear zones:

  • Green: faster than your average running speed
  • Orange: close to your average pace
  • Red: slower than your average

This gives you a complete overview of your pacing across the entire run.

Understand your pace, not just your average

The goal is not to achieve “green”.

The colors help you understand how well your run matches your training goal:

  • Interval training
    You should see clear shifts between red and green. This means your intervals are executed correctly.
  • Endurance runs
    A consistent orange line shows stable pacing and controlled effort.
